It is important that you understand this information before hand, so that there will not be any confusion, misunderstandings or disappointments with your order. Cancellation and changes to you order can not be made after order has been placed. Under no circumstance, other than the item(s) is/are on back order, sold out, damaged, defective or discounted, can an order be canceled or changed after placed. The no cancellation nor change policy applies to all orders under $25 dollars. Orders $25 and over have 3 business days to contact us to cancel the order. Customers have 24 hours (one business day) to 3 days the order will be put on hold. After that grace period Item will be made and shipped. Add 3 days to the 2-3 estimated time of delivery. This includes production and processing. make an changes to to custom orders has been changed. Orders $25 and over can not be canceled or changed after 3 business days. No changes or cancellations will be made to orders placed, after items have been made, shipped.
After 3 days we have paid for supplies for your order and are in the process of processing your order and then making them. Then we can not receive a full refund of supplies that are purchased and would have to pass the cost to our customers. Evening going up on our prices. Products usually take 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends, holidays, heavy work load, etc but can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. If package(s) have not been delivered within estimated 4-6 weeks please contact us. If package has not been delivered after shipped date given please contact us.
If order is refundable (case by case basis but most likely due to a rare occurrence like sending the wrong item) it can be only for a partial refund for shipping or/and product. Yahoo processing fee are however are non-refundable and under no or any circumstance can that fee be refunded. If products has already been shipped then all and any shipping fees related to the order/package can not be reimbursed, refunded, credited, etc. Returns, changes or cancellations if applicable are done on a case by case basic at my own discretion. Notice all items are handmade and take a minimum of 18 business days Monday thru Friday for production time. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for an order to be processed, NOT counting weekends or holidays.
My soaps and bath and body products are NOT Pre-Made. They are MADE TO ORDER. I need time to make them for you. Please allow us time to make them. Please keep reading the info below as it is important concerning your order.
Many may think that when placing an order items are kept in stock and ready to be shipped out the day of their order and since they are paying for Priority mail they should receive it within 2-7 business days or so of ordering though it can take longer. Due to may factor such as shipping delays, weather etc. This is not the case, but we hand make all of our products and they are made to order so they arrive at your home freshly made. Priority Mail, Express Mail: This does not mean your order is processed any quicker. It simply means your order arrives quicker once it ships. That Girl's Bath & Body does not mass produce or have a stock of premade items on shelves. Neither do we have a large team of workers helping make or package orders.
PRODUCTION TIME - An order may takes 18 days to production time (to make), 2-3 days to process, but a minimum of 14 business days (Monday Thru Friday). To make your order from the time of payment approval and always in the order that it is received. If we are making orders before yours it may take a little while longer to make your order. Then a couple or few days to approve payment & confirm/verify. All time given herein is estimated only and not actual delivery time.
What Does 2-3 weeks mean? It may take up to 25 business days before you receive your package. Which means if you add all the days it take to make the item & process order it should take 1-2 weeks which has been changed/updated to 2-3 weeks (busy summer sales) before you receive your order. Site states Availability: possibly within about an estimated 2-3 weeks to deliver package.
Add the production time (make products), processing, waiting 3 business days (if you change your mind about order), then 2-3 days shipping (if Priority mail but in some cases it may take longer). We estimate about 5-10 business days in which you should receive you package after it has been shipped.
Remember USPS only estimates a delivery of 2-3 days for Priority Mail. In some cases in may take longer so we estimate 3-7 bussiness days (weekdays only Monday thru Friday excluding weekends and holidays). All of our dates are only merely estimated time frame and not guarantee or actually dates.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Yes, I always combine shipping. When you are done shopping, let me know you are done. Then I will calculate exact shipping and send you an PayPal invoice or shipping calculator in this store will figure it out for you.
Shipping Time
Please allow 15-25 days to receive your orders, not counting holidays or weekends. It may take as long as 3-6 weeks for items to be shipped due to back order, heavy work load, holiday, etc. This includes the processing time of 15-21 business days as stated above and the delivery time of 3-10 business days once shipped. Most all of the packages will be sent by method of USPS if either Priority Mail or First Class Mail is selected, unless other wise requested or stated differently. In most cases some customers may receive their orders sooner pending size and quantity of order but 2-3 weeks is given in case of any delays on holidays, shipping, or a high volume in orders. For more information read the shipping section. Order received after 5pm weekdays will not be processing until the next business day. (Unless a office is closed due to holiday). Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday or placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Orders Placed while we are on vacation or holiday will not be processed until we return. These are estimated times of production and delivery and not guarantees. That Girl's Bath & Body can not make guarantees date of delivery.
TURNAROUND TIME: Normally Please allow 15 to 25 business days for an order to be processed and an additional 9-15, NOT counting weekends and holidays. During the Holidays orders may make it as long as 6 weeks to process, make and ship. If you have any questions ask about our shipping before ordering. Note: Estimated time of of 2-3 weeks on each product pages is states for non-busy holidays. This is only an estimate of processing and delivery. Be assured we are trying our very best to ensure quality, yet sending your orders a quickly as possible. You will get your items, they just may take longer than expected. If commercial or residential shipping rates are charged at incorrect price our customer will be informed. If over charged a credited will be used to the customer. If shipping rates are too low customer will be billed for the remaining amount via Paypal invoice or money request. Express delivery (if available) orders placed after 12pm eastern standard time will ship the following business day. Custom orders, back orders, and merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for express service. Next day orders over 5 pounds will be charged an extra $4 per pound over 5 lbs. 2 day orders over 5 pounds will be charged an extra $2 per pound over 5 lbs. Foreign shipments do not qualify for express service. Sometimes the processing time will not take as long pending quantities ordered. Expected delivery times may vary depending on the item. We will provide you with an estimated time line when placing your order. DEADLINE: if you have a certain deadline that your item needs to be in hand, you must inform us by email. It is your responsibility as a buyer to let thatgirlsbathandbody.com (the seller) know your deadline. If you do not, then it is not That Girl's Bath & Body (thatgirlsbathandbody.com) fault nor responsibility if the item(s) don't arrive on time. Business Hours ~ You can order from our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our normal business hours are 9am-5pm (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday. Any orders established after normal business hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day in order of receipt. Holidays and any "Closed for Business" days are announced on our web site home page and in our newsletter. Our policies, estimated shipping, or process dates and prices may change at any time without notice. We will updated on our web-site's info as soon as possible to keep our customer informed.
Delivery Confirmation Number
All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation number and an e-mail notification will be sent. An email will be sent when time allows to the address provided in the PayPal receipt of your purchase, so please send the correct email address. E-mail notifications are not always received though, in some cases they are blocked as junk mail, or returned back undeliverable. If you do not receive an email notification of your delivery confirmation number and order placed, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to track your package and give you any information needed on your order. Returns and Refunds
That Girl's Bath and Body does not give refunds, exchanges or returns on makeup, skin care or bath and body products due to the delicate nature of our merchandise. We can not assure the sanitary conditions of these items once they've left our studio for shipping. Then the can't be resold and the cost would have to be pasted on all other customers. We pay processing fees for all orders placed and not all fees are refundable even if you have returned the item purchased. We want to keep our product cost as low as possible. � Due to the personal nature of handmade products and for safety reasons, we can not accept returns once the products are ordered, shipped, applied on skin, unopened or opened. This includes all makeup, skin care, bath and body care for humans or pets. We can not guarantee the condition, nor that it has Not been contaminated. Since the item(s) can not be guaranteed to be in the same original good condition we can not resell the item(s), and would have to pass the cost on to our customers. Something we do not wish to take place. Jewelry though however is returnable within 15 business days of order date, minus shipping fees, processing fees, restocking fee, and any/all cost. Priority Mail & Flat Rate Shipping : (US and International)
All items must be able to fit in a priority or flat rate priority box including products and packing material. If you choose this option and your items require a larger shipping box, you will be required to pay any additional shipping costs. Packing and handling fees apply. Insurance is not included, but is available for purchase on this site. Insurance and tracking is available for Major Destinations and is already included into shipping price.
First Class Mail (US Only):
Shipping cost is based on the weight and destination. Packing and handling fees may apply. Insurance is not included, but is available for purchase on this site.
Shipping Confirmation :
You will be sent a shipping confirmation, tracking number or e-mail when your package is ready to be shipped. Please retain this information to track your package. You should receive delivery within 3-5 days after receiving your delivery confirmation with the exception of holidays and weekends. No postage refunds or credits will be given if your package takes longer to arrive.

Shipping Insurance :
Priority Mail does not include insurance. Postal insurance covers the items shipped only; it does not include the shipping costs. If order is over $250 or package is being sent to an unconfirmed address then shipping insurance will have to be charged.
