Some of this information is noted through out the website, but it has been added this page to make it easier to find. It is important that you understand this information before hand, so that there will not be any confusion, misunderstandings, or disappointments with your order.

• Payment methods accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, most major credit cards, debit cards with visa or mastercard logo, e-checks, postal money orders, and instant payment through paypal. • We offer flat rate shipping in the united states and most foreign countries. However, if your order fits into a smaller container and a lesser charge then estimated should apply, your card will be refunded the difference. Don't be alarmed by the shipping if it is too high, and if you are only getting a couple items. Your shipping will be corrected if an shipping overage error occurs. Shipping is usually correct but sometimes shipping errors in the store do occur. If we have not correct the error (rare) then please contact us. We will charge you accordingly for smaller orders. ALL PRODUCTS AND GIFTS ARE HANDMADE AND MADE TO ORDER. Notice all items are handmade and take a minimum of 5 business days Monday thru Friday for production time. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for an order to be processed, NOT counting weekends and holidays. My soaps and bath and body products are NOT Pre-Made. They are MADE TO ORDER. I need time to make them for you. Please allow us time to make them. Please keep reading the info below as it is important concerning your order. Many may think that when placing an order items are kept in stock and ready to be shipped out the day of their order and since they are paying for Priority mail they should receive it within 2-3 business days or so of ordering. This is not the case, but we hand make all of our products and they are made to order so they arrive at your home freshly made. Priority Mail, Express Mail: This does not mean your order is processed any quicker. It simply means your order arrives quicker once it ships. That Girl's Bath & Body does not mass produce or have a stock of premade items on shelves. Neither do we have a large team of workers helping make or package orders. PRODUCTION TIME - An order may takes 5-8 days to process, but a minimum of 5 business days (Monday Thru Friday). To make your order from the time of payment approval and always in the order that it is received. Then a couple of days approve payment, confirm. It may take 3-10 business days to delivery.

Shipping Time
Please allow 7-15 days to receive your orders, not counting holidays or weekends. This includes the processing time of 5-8 business days as stated above and the delivery time of 2-10 business days once shipped. Most all of the packages will be sent by method of USPS if either Priority Mail or First Class Mail is selected, unless other wise requested or stated differently. In most cases some customers may receive their orders sooner pending size and quantity of order but 2-3 weeks is given in case of any delays on holidays, shipping, or a high volume in orders. For more information read the shipping section. Order received after 5pm weekdays will not be processing until the next business day. (Unless a office is closed due to holiday). Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday or placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Orders Placed while we are on vacation or holiday will not be processed until we return. These are estimated times of production and delivery and not guarantees. That Girl's Bath & Body can not make guarantees date of delivery.

TURNAROUND TIME: Normally Please allow 5 to 8 business days for an order to be processed and an additional 9-15, NOT counting weekends and holidays. During the Holidays orders may make it as long as 6 weeks to process, make and ship. If you have any questions ask about our shipping before ordering. Note: Estimated time of of 1-3 weeks on each product pages is states for non-busy holidays. This is only an estimate of processing and delivery. Be assured we are trying our very best to ensure quality, yet sending your orders a quickly as possible. You will get your items, they just may take longer than expected. REMEMBER, these are handmade items. I DO NOT have a stock pile ready made to ship. Order Processing Time (Oct 1 to MID DEC).

Order Processing Time: THIS IS the BUSY SEASON - BUSY SEASON: order processing time is...Now Officially Busy Season for me (September 1 thru December 31). Please Plan way ahead for your orders for we are not responsible or liable for packages that do not arrive on time. Please allow up to 15 business days, not counting holidays, as an estimate for usually shipping and processing. For the busy holidays and months please allow up to 4-6 weeks for an order to be processed and shipped, NOT counting weekends and holidays. If commercial or residential shipping rates are charged at incorrect price our customer will be informed. If over charged a credited will be used to the customer. If shipping rates are too low customer will be billed for the remaining amount via Paypal invoice or money request. The additional fee for overages in shipping charge will need to be collected before any work or shipping is preformed on product or delivery. This is That Girl's Bath & Body shipping policy. Express delivery (if available) orders placed after 12pm eastern standard time will ship the following business day. Custom orders, back orders, and merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for express service. Next day orders over 5 pounds will be charged an extra $4 per pound over 5 lbs. 2 day orders over 5 pounds will be charged an extra $2 per pound over 5 lbs. Foreign shipments do not qualify for express service. Sometimes the processing time will not take as long pending quantities ordered. Expected delivery times may vary depending on the item. We will provide you with an estimated time line when placing your order. DEADLINE: if you have a certain deadline that your item needs to be in hand, you must inform us by email. It is your responsibility as a buyer to let thatgirlsbathandbody.com (the seller) know your deadline. If you do not, then it is not That Girl's Bath & Body (thatgirlsbathandbody.com) fault nor responsibility if the item(s) don't arrive on time. Business Hours ~ You can order from our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our normal business hours are 9am-5pm (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday. Any orders established after normal business hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day in order of receipt. Holidays and any "Closed for Business" days are announced on our web site home page and in our newsletter. Our policies, estimated shipping, or process dates and prices may change at any time without notice. We will updated on our web-site's info as soon as possible to keep our customer informed.

Delivery Confirmation Number
All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation number and an e-mail notification will be sent. An email will be sent when time allows to the address provided in the PayPal receipt of your purchase, so please send the correct email address. E-mail notifications are not always received though, in some cases they are blocked as junk mail, or returned back undeliverable. If you do not receive an email notification of your delivery confirmation number and order placed, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to track your package and give you any information needed on your order. Remember USPS does not offer detailed tracking.


Returns and Refunds
That Girl's Bath and Body does not give refunds, exchanges or returns on makeup, skin care or bath and body products due to the delicate nature of our merchandise. We can not assure the sanitary conditions of these items once they've left our studio for shipping. Then the can't be resold and the cost would have to be pasted on all other customers. We pay processing fees for all orders placed and not all fees are refundable even if you have returned the item purchased. We want to keep our product cost as low as possible.

• Due to the personal nature of handmade products and for safety reasons, we can not accept returns once the products are shipped, applied on skin, or opened. This includes all makeup, skin care, bath and body care for humans or pets. We can not guarantee the condition, nor that it has Not been contaminated. Since the item(s) can not be guaranteed to be in the same original good condition we can not resell the item(s), and would have to pass the cost on to our customers. Something we do not wish to take place. Jewelry though however is returnable within 15 business days of order date, minus shipping fees, processing fees, restocking fee, and any/all cost. Some conditions and terms apply, please visit our policy page for more information. Refunds/Exchanges We only offer fresh, custom-made products. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. All sales are final and bought 'as is'. We recommend purchasing one of our smaller items to test out any scents or products. If we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know, and we will make it right. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know so we can try to fix the problem. We understand that it is hard to pick a scent with out actually smelling it, so I advise starting out with small product and testing the scents before making a bigger purchase. If you request we maybe able to send you a additional sample lotion or scent in another scent with purchase. In certain circumstances if there is damage to an order due to shipping or mishandling by the postal service, please notify us to set up arrangements for a replacement/or other options. It is thatgirlsbathandbody.com sole discretion with which order to accept for possible replacement. No refunds, cancellations, shipping charges and no exchanges are allowed. All sales are final and these items are bought 'as is.' Your business is important. Every priority is made to ensure customers are completely satisfied with every purchase. Products Ingredients are listed in the product description as well as the bottle. We are not responsible for any allergies. Please perform a patch test anytime you use a new bath and body product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance is optional but recommended. Under no circumstances is That Girl's Bath & Body held responsible for your order once it leaves our hands. Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you choose to insure your package. Insurance is meant to protect you, the buyer. Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for extra insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. Under no circumstances are we responsible nor liable for your lost or damaged package(s) due to carrier negligence. Please speak to the carrier regarding damage. Because we have no control over the fate of a package after it leaves us. Nor will we refund Shipping fees under any circumstances. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, damaged or undelivered shipments directly with USPS. We will not replace or refund for lost or damaged packages that are NOT insured. We Ship USPS Mail Exclusively. We ship only in 48 continental United States.

Priority Mail & Flat Rate Shipping : (US and International)

All items must be able to fit in a priority or flat rate priority box including products and packing material. If you choose this option and your items require a larger shipping box, you will be required to pay any additional shipping costs. Packing and handling fees apply. Insurance is not included, but is available for purchase on this site. Insurance and tracking is available for Major Destinations and is already included into shipping price.

First Class Mail (US Only):

Shipping cost is based on the weight and destination. Packing and handling fees may apply. Insurance is not included, but is available for purchase on this site.

Shipping Confirmation :

You will be sent a shipping confirmation, tracking number or e-mail when your package is ready to be shipped. Please retain this information to track your package. You should receive delivery within 3-5 days after receiving your confirmation with the exception of holidays and weekends. No postage refunds or credits will be given if your package takes longer to arrive.

Signature Confirmation:

For large orders additional charges may apply and change without notice. More information available and tracking info is sent via email provided during checkout.

Shipping Insurance :

Priority Mail does not include insurance. Postal insurance covers the items shipped only; it does not include the shipping costs. You can purchase insurance by clicking your choice of insurance coverage at the insurance page of this site. Click on add to cart button this will add it to your shopping cart. If order is over $250 or package is being sent to an unconfirmed address then shipping insurance will have to be charged.

Your order may begin processing within 72 hours of receipt in order it was received (not including weekends or U.S. holidays). Other wise made to order items is estimated at 72 hours after item is made. We do our best to make it a priority to also have your package shipped within that time frame, though as we are acquiring more customers and heavy work load, orders may ship within 10 business days after receipt. Some of our orders are international and these orders take more time to prepare due to customs forms and extra care in packing to prevent damage, thus the reason for our not quoted shipping times. Order shipping insurance for Only insured packages we possibly be replace or refunded. US and Canada: Cost based on weight of items. $99 and over: Free shipping available only for the 48 Contiguous States (Price may change without notice).

International (all countries): Prices vary on country and weight. Contact via email with your name, email and city, country location for estimated delivery price. We do not ship using First Class Mail International nor Flat Rate Envelope or Small Flat Rate Priority Mail International due to possible customer fraud over seas and because of our minimum $25 order.
